At TheProWakcas, we want your caps and hoodies to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect after you place an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship outside these countries at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada. Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate, calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance, or other events outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us so we can assist.
