We process orders quickly so they reach you fast. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order with TheProWakcas.
Canceling Your Order
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order and before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, reach out by email, chatbot, or live chat with your order number.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it after delivery in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:
- The item is out of stock or unavailable
- A pricing or product description error is found
- Payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected
- The shipping address is outside the areas we serve
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
