We want you to love your TheProWakcas gear. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items missing their original tags or packaging
Final sale or clearance items, unless they arrived defective
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@theprowakcas.shop, through our chatbot, or via live chat with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and send return instructions, including the return address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help with an exchange, contact our support team and we will assist.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
